At DFW ABODES, we strive to offer transparent policies for your convenience.

1. Reservation Payments:

  • All bookings require full pre-payment.

  • All payments made for confirmed reservations are non-refundable.

2. Changes to Booking:

  • Guests are allowed one free date change if the request is made at least 14 days before the check-in date.

  • Additional changes will attract a fee of 50% of the original booking amount.

3. Refundable Security Deposit:

  • The security deposit is refundable within 24 hours of check-out, provided no damage, policy violation, or breach of agreement occurred.

  • In the event of damage exceeding the deposit amount, guests will be liable for the balance.

4. Cancellation by Guest:

  • Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

5. Cancellation by DFW ABODES:

  • In rare cases where we are unable to accommodate a confirmed booking, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Non-Arrival / No-Show:

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure:

  • We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.). No refunds are issued in such cases.
