By booking and staying in any of our apartments, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of reservation to confirm your booking.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.

Designated outdoor areas are provided for smoking.

A N50,000 cleaning fee applies for any violations.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Unauthorised pets will result in eviction and potential penalties.

Occupancy Limits

Maximum occupancy per apartment must be adhered to.

Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed.

Breaches may incur a penalty up to the nightly rate.

Wi-Fi Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Access codes may change without prior notice.

We are not liable for network downtimes due to external service providers.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to respect our neighbours and other guests.

Parking

Parking is available on-site for select apartments.

Guests park at their own risk and may be asked to relocate vehicles for access purposes.

Damages

Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay due to negligence or misuse.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit (up to the nightly rate or more for extended stays) is required.

Refunds are issued within 24 hours post check-out if no violations or damages occurred.

Forgotten Items

Guests are responsible for collecting left items.

Unclaimed items after 30 days will be donated or discarded.

Security Cameras

CCTV surveillance is used for security in communal outdoor areas.

Cancellations and Alterations

Bookings are refundable if cancelled 2 days before your proposed check in.

One free date change is permitted if requested 2 days before check-in.

Subsequent changes incur a 50% fee.

Energy Conservation

Guests are encouraged to turn off electrical appliances when not in use.

Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update or revise these policies at our discretion.
